As soon as you find out you are pregnant, you can access maternity services by contacting a midwife directly or through your GP. We would encourage you to make early contact so that your midwife can see you by week 8 - 10 of your pregnancy.
Your midwife will provide advice, guidance and information about all stages of your pregnancy. If you need to see an Obstetrician (a doctor specialising in pregnancy) this will be arranged by your midwife.
