How do I make a comment, complaint or compliment about services?

You can talk to any member of staff in the individual services, contact numbers can be found on the service pages in 'Our Services'.

You can also contact our Patient Support Service.  The Patient Support Service can provide information and advice about Provider Services as well as other local healthcare services.  They can also offer advice on how to submit a formal complaint.
