Our healthcare staff encourage patients, and their families or carers, to be actively involved in their own care. And we are always keen to hear what you think about our services, so we can continue to improve them.
You can offer suggestions, complaints or compliments to any of our staff. It’s also helpful if you respond to any patient surveys you are invited to complete and/or provide feedback via the electronic Patient Experience Tracker device.
