Children's Services
Our services support children and their parents from birth through their school years.
Health Visiting Service
The health visiting team support all Camden families with children under the age of 5. Health visitors make home visits to parents with new-born babies. Other services include immunisations, development checks, and advice clinics for parents on issues such as growth and behaviour.

Child Health Information Service - Visit the FAQ section
School Nursing Service
School nurses are responsible for school aged children. They visit schools regularly to offer health assessments, health advice, immunisation and other services.

Children with Disabilities Service
A specialist team provides assessment and support for children with disabilities in Camden. The team works in special and mainstream schools, and in local clinics. They support children with mental health difficulties as well as those with physical and learning disabilities.
The team draws together speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychotherapists, psychologists, paediatricians, mental health workers and social workers, as well as a specialist health visitor and dietician.
