Rehabilitation

We provide specialist care and support for adults who have lost physical capabilities through illness or injury.

Rehabilitation services are offered in patients’ homes by our community rehabilitation and support services and we also have dedicated inpatient services at St Pancras Hospital.   The emphasis is on working with patients and carers, setting and attaining goals that will enable each individual to regain skills and some element of independent living.

Camden's community stroke services were ranked 'best performing' in London and third best in the UK by the Care Quality Commission (Jan 2011).
